It’s hard to believe that Tyler is one year old! We flew to San Antonio last weekend for an early birthday party. He had just gotten his first haircut and looked like a little boy instead of a baby. When I saw him, my heart immediately swelled up! It was the weirdest feeling. We had a great time visiting with Michelle’s family and also our little family.

Michelle did a great job of decorating Tyler’s birthday cake. He had brightly colored farm animals for his “theme”. She made him a little cake of his own. It was a pumpkin cake and did he love it!

Michelle and Trevor are doing a wonderful job of loving and caring for Tyler. One of my favorite quotes is: Dearer than our children, are the children of our children.
